📦 Orders & Delivery
We offer countrywide delivery via trusted couriers. Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within a few hours, while upcountry deliveries are fulfilled within 24 hours.
Yes! We provide free site surveys for security installations in Nairobi to ensure we design the most effective system for your specific premises.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
For products with manufacturing defaults, returns must be initiated strictly within 24 hours of the sale. For general returns, items must be in original condition and packaging, typically within 3 days.
Items not returned in their original packaging (including all inner boxes and manuals) will attract a minimum 15% handling charge. Please note that sealed products and special orders are generally not returnable once opened.
A credit note for the full price is issued if the return happens within 48 hours. If returned between 48 hours and 5 days, a credit note may still be issued subject to inspection.
